30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective on arrival
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items (On Arrival)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Your order number
We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly.
12-Month Limited Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind our product with a 12-month limited replacement guarantee under normal use.
However, to protect against misuse and ensure fairness:
- This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only
- It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, misuse, or excessive force
- Accidental damage
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
All claims must include:
- Video/photo evidence clearly showing the issue
- A description of how the product was used
We reserve the right to:
- Approve or deny claims at our discretion
- Offer a one-time replacement per order
- Provide a partial refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the case
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items (unless faulty on arrival)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days.
Item must still be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
